House of the Heart - Vintage Pearl Necklace

These are some of the most luscious faux pearls I’ve ever created with .

Digging through the warehouse in New York last month , I lucked upon a box of these pearls .

Made in Japan in the early 1950’s , they were still wrapped and boxed as if they came from the manufacturer yesterday.

I’ve hand knotted this strand to give the most beautiful movement when they’re worn .

A contemporary clasp studded with rhinestones fastens it and also allows for you to wear it wrapped several times .
