Silk Sensations - Aqua Blue

Inspired by the recent Alexander McQueen exhibition where he took inspiration from the golden age of renaissance, I was taken with the simplicity of the Ribbon Choker that featured heavily through that period .

I’ve created a few interpretations and this is a more elaborate piece made using a Czech Glass Rhinestone Cross made using vintage stones , I’ve hand stitched the base and used a Dupion Silk  to create the ribbon with detailed beaded ends .

This is a one of a kind .
