What is the Tour Group Size ?
This is a small Boutique Retreat to the Czech Republic including Prague
The Maximum Group size 8 people . This number includes Keith and I .
The trip will need 6 travellers to operate .
The size of the group is important .
It ensures our ability to still meet in homes and small businesses and to travel comfortably together as a group without feeling rushed or crowded while we enjoy the most unreal experiences .
Can I pick and choose which activities I take part in and pay accordingly?
No .
You can opt out of activities but the cost of the Retreat includes all activities.
Is there flexibility in the Itinerary for personal plans ?
Yes!
Some days feature built-in free time .
A mix of structured activities and free time to unwind or explore independently.
I will be available with loads of information to help you plan your free time if needed .
Our formal EXACT Itinerary is not set in stone until much closer to the date .
Why?
The itinerary is no secret but because we work with real people , businesses and artists and many tiny moving parts there can be slight changes due to unforeseen circumstances that can occur .

What is the Daily Itinerary ?
General fitness and the ability to walk distances of 2 kms or more will certainly help.
If you would like to discuss any personal issues you might think relevant to getting around New York please call me .
